Shipping Options

Shipping options and rates, when available, are shown during the checkout process. Some custom embroidery orders may be handled by invoice, quote, local pickup, or other arrangements discussed before the order is finalized.

Order Processing and Production Time

Most custom embroidery orders require time for order review, artwork preparation, apparel ordering when applicable, embroidery production, and final inspection.

Turnaround time varies based on item availability, order size, design complexity, current workload, and shipping time for any special-order apparel or materials. If there is a specific need-by date or deadline, please contact us before placing an order.

Apparel and Special-Order Items

Many apparel items are ordered after project details, pricing, and availability have been confirmed. Apparel availability and shipping times from suppliers may affect the final timeline.

Local Pickup

Poole’s Embroidery, LLC is a home-based embroidery business. In-person pickup is by appointment only. We will contact you when your order is ready and schedule a pickup time.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
