Refund policy
Poole’s Embroidery, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on custom, personalized, embroidered, or special-order items. All sales are final once the order has been approved and production has begun.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the concern and work toward an appropriate resolution.
If Poole’s Embroidery, LLC made an error with the item, spelling, design, placement, or other approved order details, we will work with you to correct the issue when possible.
Customer-provided items are accepted at the customer’s risk. Because these items are not supplied by Poole’s Embroidery, LLC, we cannot replace or reimburse customer-provided items that are damaged during the embroidery process.
