Whether you need apparel ordered for your business or organization, or you have approved items you would like to provide, we’ll walk through the details before anything is stitched.
Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Tell Us What You Need
Share the item type, quantity, logo or design details, and any deadline you are working toward.
Step 2: Review Your Options
We’ll discuss whether apparel needs to be ordered or whether you plan to provide your own approved items.
Step 3: Confirm the Details
Before stitching, we’ll review important details such as design placement, thread colors, sizing, spelling, and pricing.
Step 4: Order or Provide Items
If apparel is being ordered, we’ll confirm availability, sizing, color options, and estimated arrival. If you are providing your own items, we’ll review whether they are suitable for embroidery.
Step 5: Stitched with Care
Once the details are approved and items are ready, your project is embroidered using professional equipment and quality thread.
Step 6: Pickup Is Scheduled
When your project is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange pickup or discuss any available delivery options.
Customer-Provided Items
Customer-provided items are welcome when they are suitable for embroidery. Because embroidery does carry some risk, please review our customer-provided items policy before providing personal, expensive, or irreplaceable items.
