Customer-Provided Items Policy
Thank you for considering Poole’s Embroidery, LLC for your custom embroidery project.
We are happy to embroider customer-supplied items when they are suitable for embroidery. However, please understand that embroidery does carry some risk. Although uncommon, accidental damage can occur during the embroidery process due to fabric type, item construction, machine issues, hooping, stabilizing, or other unexpected factors.
Because we did not supply the item, Poole’s Embroidery, LLC cannot be responsible for replacing or reimbursing customer-supplied items that are damaged during the embroidery process.
We also make every effort to confirm design placement, thread colors, spelling, and other details before stitching. However, if a mistake occurs on an item supplied by the customer, we cannot replace the item itself.
If Poole’s Embroidery, LLC supplies the item, we will work with you to correct the issue, including replacing the item when appropriate.
By providing your own item for embroidery, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
