Embroidery Pricing Guide

Wondering how much logo embroidery costs?

Most logo embroidery projects include two parts: a one-time setup fee to prepare your logo for embroidery, and a per-item embroidery fee. Final pricing depends on the item, quantity, design size, stitch count, placement, and complexity of the logo.

  • Typical Left Chest Logo

Logo setup / digitizing usually starts around $45 for a standard left or right chest logo.

Embroidery often ranges from $12–$25 per item, with many simple logos falling around $12–$16 per item.

  • Full Front or Full Back Designs

Larger designs are quoted individually because stitch count, size, and design complexity can vary widely.

Setup usually starts around $75 for a typical full front or full back design.

  • Final Quote

Final pricing is provided after we review your logo, item type, quantity, placement, and deadline.

Apparel can be ordered through Poole’s Embroidery, or approved customer-provided items may be accepted.

To provide the most accurate quote, please include:

Existing Logo or Artwork File

A clear JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, or vector artwork file helps us review your design and prepare it for embroidery. Please provide an existing logo or artwork file when possible. Simple text-based embroidery may be available, but custom logo or artwork design is not included.

Item Type

Different items require different hooping, stabilizer, and embroidery setup, so item type matters.

Approximate Quantity

Quantity helps us estimate embroidery time, apparel options, and overall pricing.

Embroidery Placement

Placement affects design size, stitch count, and how the item needs to be set up for embroidery.

Desired Design Size

Please share the approximate size you want the embroidery to be. If you are unsure, we can recommend a size based on the item and placement.

Need-By Date or Deadline

Please share any deadline so we can confirm whether the timing is realistic before starting.

Apparel Ordered or Customer-Provided Items

We can order apparel for your project, or we can review customer-provided items to confirm they are suitable for embroidery. Apparel availability, shipping, and order size may affect the final quote.

Customer-Provided Items

Customer-provided items are welcome when they are suitable for embroidery. Because embroidery does carry some risk, please review our customer-provided items policy before providing personal, expensive, or irreplaceable items.
