Business Transition Update: Step 2 Complete

A few weeks ago, I shared that Poole's Embroidery was making room for what was next.

Then came the first milestone: my Brother Persona embroidery machine found a wonderful new home with an excited new owner beginning her own embroidery journey.

Today, I'm excited to share the next step.

My new professional heat press system has officially arrived!

Seeing these boxes on the pallet represents much more than new equipment. It represents growth, careful planning, and an investment in the future of Poole's Embroidery.

Over the next several days, there will be plenty of assembly, setup, and learning before everything is ready to go, but this is an exciting milestone in the transition I've been sharing with you.

Custom embroidery remains at the heart of my business, but this new addition will allow me to expand the decorating options I can offer. From premium polos and T-shirts to hoodies, jackets, bags, and more, I'll be able to help customers choose the decorating method that best fits their project.

This transition has never been about replacing embroidery. It's about building on the foundation I've spent the last ten years creating while giving my customers even more options.
